Todd G. Boots, age 46, a resident of Oak Lawn, IL, died Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. He was born November 2, 1966 in Oak Lawn, IL.

Todd was a carpenter with the Local Union 141, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. Known as a jack of all trades, he also was a welder, an auto mechanic, and an electrician. He did both residential and commercial work and had built homes and hospitals. Todd lived by the motto: "We're Not Scared". He was known by family and friends to be funny, witty, sweet, wise and gentle. He loved the Lord and was loved and respected by all who met him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Renee, nee Zawacki; three children, Lindsey, Zachary and Nicholas; his mother, Barbara; four siblings, Kimberly (Ron) Lucas, Timothy (Carol), Kelly Zawislak, and Kristy (Randy) Ozminkowski; his Uncle Robert Lutz; and his special Uncle, David Lutz.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a funeral service to be held at 8:00 p.m. at Evergreen Park Presbyterian Church, corner of 89th and S. Francisco Ave., in Evergreen Park, IL. Interment will be private.
