Miles Masa, age 88, of Adams, WI passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. He was born in Chicago, IL on October 16, 1919.

A 38 year resident of Downers Grove, IL, Miles then retired to Adams, WI where he resided with his wife Nancy for 13 years. After serving overseas in the army during World War II, he was the owner of Miles Masa Paint, Inc. in Berwyn, IL for over 40 years.

Miles is remembered by his loving wife Nancy, nee Jones; his four children, Joan (Robert) Nolan, Marian, Joyce, Mark (Janelle); his nine grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; his sister, Beatrice Seweryn; and he was an uncle of many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elaine, nee Lanzel; his son, Miles A. Masa; his sisters, Josephine Beck, and Mildred Kocek; and his brother, Rudolph Masa.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 6th from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 525 63rd Street, in Downers Grove, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, January 7th at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien.
