Mary Allen, nee Petkus, age 60, died on Monday, July 25, 2016, at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet, Illinois. She was born on September 17, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Steve) Caruso of New Lenox, IL; and grandchildren, Kaitlin, Alyssa and Brennan Caruso; along with her sister, Arlene (Bob) Ziolkowski.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic (Bazoo) Allen; her son, Robert (Bobby) Allen; and her sister, Patricia Lavin.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, from 3:00 p.m. until the start of a funeral service to be held at 6:00 p.m. at Hickory Creek Community Church , 10660 West Lincoln Highway, Frankfort, IL 60423.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
