Jack retired from Ford Motor Company in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to his career at Ford, he was employed by Borden's Dairy. Jack served the city of Calumet City for many years on ESDA as a civil defense officer. He also served on the Board of Directors at Heights Auto Workers Credit Union (formerly Chicago Auto Employees Credit Union) for 25 years. Jack was a loving, giving husband and father who enjoyed relaxing at his summer home in Michigan where he would watch the deer running through his yard and escaping the cold to enjoy the comfort of friends and warm weather at his residence in Naples, Florida for the winter months. He especially adored spending time with all of his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory to Hospice of the Calumet Area or the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
