Mrs. Brenda K. Harrison, 55, a resident of Tinley Park, died on April 17. She was born in Knox, Indiana on July 15, 1953. Brenda was an active homemaker, caregiver and served in the Girl Scouts of America Association at the troop, association and council levels. She was very active at Parkview Christian Church with the hospital visitation ministry. She was cherished by the many lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Robert, her mother Doris Riffey, her children Brent (Pam) Harrison, Becky Harrison, her granddaughter Brianna Harrison, her sister Marilyn (Don) Appel, her brother Phillip (Maryann) Riffey, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth L. Riffey.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 22, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a memorial service immediately following at 7:00 PM at Parkview Christian Church, 1463 S. Farrell, Lockport, 815-838-9080, Pastor Lonnie Caha officiating.
