Services for Benny Daniel Nelson, age 52, of Romeoville, will be held on Saturday, July 18th at Brookfield Church of Christ, 3700 Forest Rd., Brookfield, IL.  Friends may visit with the family from 1 until 4 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 4:00.

The day December 13th 1967 Chicago. IL a blessed day for Florence Nelson and W.C Nelson they were elated as the lord Jesus Christ blessed them with a precious son.

They named him Benny Daniel Nelson he parted his life on June 27th 2020

Ecclesiastes 3:1 for everything there is a season a time to die

Benny worked with Prime Inc from 1994-1996 which was when he bought his semi.  He then went to work for ROSSI CONSTRUCTION from 1996-2000 then again from 2003-2012 and was proud to be part of the O'Hare expansion project. His most recent employer was SORRELLI TRUCKING, from 2012 to present.

BENNY loved his high school CARL SCHURZ he will be honored with a memorial plaque.

BENNY was a wonderful son, brother,uncle, and a loyal friend.  He loved to cook, travel and spending time with family & friends.  He had a genuine smile & loved to laugh!

HE LEAVES TO CHERISH HIS MEMORY:

His mother, Florence Nelson; sister, Priscilla Nelson; brother Wendell Nelson; sister, Adrienne Shannon and his special love, Bonnie Jones. He is preceded in death by his father, WC Nelson, and his brother Kenneth Nelson. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
