Ann M. Agresta, age 83, a resident of Naperville, and formerly of Downers Grove, died Wednesday, June 18, at the Joliet Area Community Hospice. She was born October 11, 1924 in Sharon, PA.

Ann always enjoyed serving in her local church. She was known to have the gift of hospitality and was often seen serving a meal or opening her home to visitors. Visiting clergy and ministers often sought out Ann and her residence as a "home away from home". She greatly loved her family, especially her children.

She is survived by four children, Mark (Lynn) of Batavia, Jill (David) Howard of Sacramento, CA, Wes (Brenda) of Plainfield, IL, and John of Hoffman Estates; her sister, Judy; and her brother, Joe.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Michael.

Services and interment are private at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, IL.
